Reflecting on my Art.(Cafe Terrace)

I am reflecting on  my painting that I have started copying 2 Weeks ago it is called Cafe Terrace. This painting was painted by Vincent Van Gogh when he painted Starry Starry Night.(1888)

I think that the similarities between my work and Van Gogh’s is the sky. It is almost similar but its just that my colour for the sky is dark, and the one that is on Van Gogh's painting is lighter,  I did not put any white to make it lighter.The contrasts  between my painting and Van Gogh's are almost the same but its always one thing that it's too dark.

The mood for this painting is cozy and warm and peaceful. Love this mood because this is what I like doing just relaxing sipping on tea or coffee eating a pie  lets get back to the story. The message is that is nice and peaceful and no temper or anger coming to the Cafe Terrace.

The thing Im not happy with is that My work always has dark places from where the light places has to be. And It is because I always forget to put white and thats what Im not happy with.

All of my thoughts overall is that my painting is realistic and I think I will improve it by remembering to use more white.

A cockroach can live for up to one week without its head.  Cockroaches can hold their breath for up to 40 minutes.  Cockroaches can run up to 3 miles an hour.

Swimming writing 2012

As I entered the pools, I caught the smell of chlorine and chemicals.

Flutter boards keep people from sinking, and keeps people balanced at swimming.

Every Time we are about to swim, we always have to be rinsing off all the dirt before we go
swimming in the pool.

As soon as I got out of the pool is was shivering cold.

When I was swimming, I saw ripples on the surface of the water.

The first session of swimming was breathing and It was difficult for some people.

I dived in the pool and it made a big splash to the Instructor on accident.
